1990 Obtains professional degree in Graphic Design in the Centro de Estudios Superiores de Diseño de Monterrey (CEDIM) in Monterrey, MEXICO.
1995 Obtains Architectural degree in the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL) in Monterrey, MEXICO
1995 Joins full-time (Started in 1994) the architectural practice of Mexican architect and professor Fernando Lopez M. where she participates as Project Architect in several residential projects before travelling to Spain to undertake post-graduate Studies.
1998 Obtains a Masters Degree in Architecture (Historia, Arte, Arquitectura y Ciudad) at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona, (ETSAB/UPC) in Barcelona, SPAIN.
2000 Joins the Practice of American architect John Lampros.
2002 Joins the practice of French architect Jean F. Milou - Studio Milou Architecture-, where she participates in various projects in France among which the development of the execution drawings for the new National Automobile Museum in Mulhouse, FRANCE.
2002 Undertakes the development of a personal research Project on the basis of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree at the ETSAB/UPB in Barcelona, SPAIN and starts working and analysing original historical documents among which those of French theatre director Louis Jouvet at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France (BNF) in Paris.
2006 On the basis of her personal research project, she’s awarded with the “Beatrice, Benjamin and Richard Bader Fellowship in the visual arts of theatre” from the manuscript library at Harvard University; “Houghton Library” in Cambridge, MA. As a visitor fellow, she works there with important original documents from the collections of Walter Gropius and Frederick Kiesler.
2011 Establishes in Paris, together with associate Gerardo Pérez, their independent practice proArchitecture, where in parallel to her participation in the planning activities, is responsible for the development of a theoretical research area as an integral part of the practice’s work.

2015 Obtains her Ph.D. degree in Theory and History of Architecture at the ETSAB/UPB in Barcelona, SPAIN, with mention Excellent Cum Laude, for her thesis: “Cosmos and Theatre: two parallel histories.”
2015 Joins the University of Monterrey UDEM in Monterrey, MEXICO, as an Associate Research Professor for the School of Architecture and Sciences for the Habitat
2019 Recognised with the distinction of SNI National Researcher Level 1 (National System of Researchers) awarded by the Federal Government of Mexico
2019 Promoted to Full-Time Research professor at the University of Monterrey UDEM in Monterrey, MEXICO, (School of Architecture and Sciences for the Habitat),
2020 Appointed as Graduate Thesis advisor and professor in the Advanced Architectures Master program at the University of Monterrey UDEM in Monterrey, MEXICO,
